It generally takes 1-3 days to fulfill a Framed Canvas print order, after which it’s shipped out. We meticulously pack our framed canvases with love to ensure they arrive in flawless condition. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Shipped New Zealand wide Only: 2-5 days

• Canvas Only Without Frame:

This option is for overseas orders. As we cannot ship the frames overseas due to extremely high shipping costs, we will ship the canvas print to you without the frame, so you can then have it framed upon arrival. Your unframed canvas print will be shipped out in a hard, robust cardboard tube to protect your artwork. Overseas shipping costs apply.

HANGING YOUR FRAMED CANVAS

How high on a wall should a picture be hung?

It's easy to say you should hang art at “eye level,” but whose eye level is the question –especially if you live with someone who is a very different height than you. The general rule of thumb is to hang your artwork so that the vertical centre (the mid-point between the top and bottom of the frame) is at about 1500mm above the floor. Of course, that is just a suggestion - hang your artwork however you like!

Hanging traditionally:

Your framed canvas comes with the hanging hardware included on the back of the frame. Just use the appropriate picture hooks, nails or screws for the hardware supplied.

Hanging without damaging the wall:

You can use adhesive strips, adhesive hooks, or even suction cups to hang your framed canvas prints without damaging the walls. Check the load weight with the manufacturers guidelines. These methods are easy to use and can be removed without leaving any residue.
