Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Framed products are shipped in New Zealand only. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
• CANVAS PRINTS:
It generally takes 3-5 days to fulfill a canvas print order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
New Zealand wide: 2-3 day courier service
Australia: 7- 10 business days
Rest of the World: 14-28 business days
• FINE ART PRINTS:
It generally takes 3-5 days to fulfill a Fine Art Paper print order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
New Zealand wide: 7-10 days
Australia: 7- 10 business days

• FRAMED CANVAS PRINTS:
It generally takes 1-3 days to fulfill a Framed Canvas print order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

What is your privacy policy?
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, respond to communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

If you would no longer like to receive promotional e-mail from us, you can click on the unsubscribe link and then you will no longer receive emails. How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place an order we do not store any credit card information on our servers as this is done externally by the various payment gateway servers we use via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Do we disclose the information we collect to other parties?
No. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to other parties any of your personal information.

Can I return my product?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if the product arrives damaged or faulty in any way, we are happy to accept returns for a full refund of the original payment method within 30 days of when your order was placed. However, as all of our products are printed on demand and to order, we cannot make exchanges for change of mind or selecting the wrong product by mistake. So please make your selection carefully.
