Each deSotogi triptych canvas print is printed on high quality museum grade canvas and protected with a UV gloss coating so your canvas print will last for years and years.

This triptych (one image over 3 separate canvases) or single large print comes to you "unstretched" meaning it is rolled up in a tube so you can have it stretched by a local framer or have it framed traditionally. • TRIPTYCH CANVAS PRINTS:

It generally takes 3-5 days to fulfill a triptych canvas print order, after which it’s shipped out in a hard, robust cardboard tube to protect your artwork. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

New Zealand wide: 2-3 day courier service
Australia: 7- 21 business days
Rest of the World: 14-28 business days

FRAMING AND STRETCHING INFO

Stretching Canvas Prints:

To have your canvas print stretched or framed, take it to your local picture framer. When you receive your rolled up print you will notice it has 4 white "L" shaped markings on each corner. These markings are for your local framer to use as registration marks to make sure it is being stretched evenly on the stretcher bars. An extra 2 inches (50mm) has been added on all 4 sides of the print to allow for stretching around stretcher bars. See the sample picture below:

Stretching Triptychs:

You will receive all three canvases separately and rolled up in a tube. They are each oversized by 2 inches on all 4 sides. The red line in the photo below represents the size of the actual timber frame to be used for the large 48"x108" triptych which is 36”x48”. Everything outside of the red line is wrapped around the frame.
On the corners of each canvas is a white “L” shaped marking. This is to help the framer line up the timber frame so that the end result will make sense visually when it’s hanging on the wall. These markings disappear when they’re wrapped and tucked in around the frame. By looking at the vertical red lines, you can see that the image will line up perfectly once the extra 2 inches has been wrapped around the sides and will give the illusion of a continuous picture.

My happy place

Love this! Every time I look at it I get taken back to my happy place as a child in the far north where I spent many summer holidays with my grandparents. Going out in the dingy to catch Snapper and John Dory, and just wandering around in the sand looking for crabs and shells. The vibrant red of the pōhutukawa and blue of the sea and sky really make the artwork pop. Just beautiful, thank you.
